DATA OF USERS UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE

The Site is not intended for children under 16 years and G.B.T. di Biancucci S. & c. s.n.c. (Drum Art) does not intentionally collect personal data from them.   • the purpose of point 4, letter   b)   is only possible with the user’s consent (optional and revocable at any time) and will be stored until revoked.
  • with regard to the purposes of point 4 letter   c)   the respective treatments are necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of G.B.T. di Biancucci S. & c. s.n.c. ( Drum Art); the data will be kept respectively for the duration of the session of navigation on the site www.drumart.it.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

MODALITIES OF DATA PROCESSING

The personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the above-mentioned legislation and the obligations of confidentiality which inspire the activity of the Owner. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper or any other suitable type of support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to art. 5 par. 1 letter F of the GDPR.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
