Order

Purchase Orders shall be placed online through DRUMART.it. In order to proceed to the compilation of the Purchase Order the Customer will be able, in alternative, to follow the following modalities:

a) If the Customer is already a registered DRUMART user (hereafter “Registered User”), it will be sufficient to enter his/her access credentials (username and password) by inserting them in the appropriate fields of the login page.

b) If the customer is not a registered user, it will be sufficient to enter the required data in the appropriate form, necessary to make the purchase. DRUM ART reminds that the Customer, before proceeding with the Purchase, can at any time become a registered User by carrying out the relevant online registration procedures by clicking on the login page and from here “Register”.
The Customer correctly completes the order process if the Website does not show any error message (the system cannot detect errors in reference to the data entered by the Customer in the field dedicated to billing and shipping addresses). d) Any remaining balance of the used DRUM ART Gift Card(s) will be automatically indicated by the system at the time of payment.

Delivery and Shipping

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times are 2-5 working days from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation email. When the package will be shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to click and follow the delivery that takes place between 9.00 and 18.00, Monday to Friday. SHIPPING COSTS

For all orders over € 100 the shipping is free.
For orders which amount is less than € 100, the shipping cost is € 3.50.
In case of return of the order, the cost of standard shipping will not be refunded.
If you need your package to be delivered faster you can choose express delivery with Dhl at € 8.90.

CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

To change the delivery address, you can contact the courier by providing the tracking code or tracking number after the first failed delivery attempt. Return and Refund

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Notice of Withdrawal must specify the will to withdraw from the Purchase and the Product/Service(s) for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Such aforementioned term will be respected if the Consumer sends back or returns the Product/s subject to withdrawal before the expiry of the 14 days. DRUM ART reminds its Consumers that transport costs for the return of the Product(s) subject to withdrawal are borne by the Consumer and that the Return is under the complete responsibility of the Consumer. DRUM ART also reminds its Consumer Customers, prior to the Return, to check that the Product(s) being returned are intact and in a normal state of preservation, in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation). DRUM ART reminds its Consumers that in case of “Idea Change” exercised within the day following the date of conclusion of the Contract, the Consumer will not be charged for the expenses related to the return of the Product/s object of the Withdrawal.
The Consumer, in accordance with the regulations in force, will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the Product(s) resulting from the handling of the Product(s) other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product(s). If the right of withdrawal has been properly exercised in accordance with the provisions of Articles. 52 et seq, DRUM ART will refund the Consumer the entire amount already paid for the purchase of Products and/or Services, including Delivery Charges and any additional costs incurred (e.g. costs for the Measurement Survey service as per art. 9.e and for the Assembly of Kitchens as per art. 9.d2) ), within 14 (fourteen) days from the day in which it was informed of the Consumer’s decision to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement. RECEPTION AND MANAGEMENT OF RETURNS
